James Barber-Lomax
James joined Trireme in 2014 having already spent over 10 years in financial services. His career commenced in personal and private banking before he became a regulated independent mortgage consultant with a group of Chartered Financial Planners in the UK. He ultimately entered the specialist area of International Trusts and Pensions in 2009, focusing on strategies for non-resident US taxpayers and non-resident UK pension scheme members, with one of the Channel Island’s largest privately owned fiduciary services companies where he was the head of the firm’s New Business Team.
James has spoken at many international pension and tax seminars, for all levels of qualified tax and financial advisors as well as private clients, on highly tax technical matters across a variety of topics.

Kayleigh Rossiter

Kayleigh Rossiter
Kayleigh was born and educated in Guernsey. After leaving the College of Further Education with a BTEC in Business Studies, Kayleigh joined Close Brothers’ fiduciary team and worked with a portfolio of clients covering trusts and companies. During that time, Close developed their pension business and Kayleigh was instrumental in building the team, developing introducer and client relationships and establishing the administration function.
After eight years, Kayleigh spent 14 months travelling during which time she volunteered in various projects including replantation of trees in Borneo and working for the Wild Life Foundation Farms helping to re-habilitate animals in to the wild.
Kayleigh joined Trireme Pension Services (Guernsey) Limited in December 2015 and now manages the administration team. She has a wealth of experience in the Guernsey and offshore pension market and has developed relationships with a number of local and international Advisor groups whilst working the in Fiduciary industry for 15 years.


David Dorrity
David has a wealth of experience in the provision of trustee and administration services for large multi-member corporate retirement savings and pension schemes, as well as single-member plans.
Prior to joining Praxis, he worked for more than 15 years at a highly respected fiduciary services company and was responsible for many substantial global pension arrangements, while also specialising in retirement solutions provided to clients in the Middle East, the US and South Africa.
Within his role as Director, David is responsible for helping to unify the various legacy pension businesses under the Praxis banner, while also identifying opportunities to grow our business.


Victoria Sloan
Victoria joined Praxis' pension division in 2022 and is based in the Guernsey office.
After moving from the UK to Guernsey in 2009, Victoria joined a ‘Big Four’ accounting team followed by a short career break to start a family. Her previous role was Head of Trust Accounting for a global bank where she established the local ESG committee and was a co-founder of the Guernsey Green Forum.
Prior to this Victoria worked for the States’ Treasury and subsequently was employed as a consultant on a series of regulatory and accounting projects in the trust and fund sector.
Her board appointments include pensions trustee and board member, charity trustee and membership of various public and private sector committees and initiatives.
Victoria is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants and is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and of the Institute of Directors.
Malta


James King
James joined Trireme in July 2015 and was appointed as Managing Director of the Malta office in May 2018. He is responsible for overseeing, developing and running the pension administration function that has an international client base utilising a range of personal and occupational pension plans established under trust as well as under contractual arrangements.
James has over 20 years pensions administration experience both in the UK, Channel Islands and Malta. Prior to relocating to Malta he was the Pensions Administration Director for a respected pension and benefits company based in Guernsey and has significant experience in the administration of International Pension Plans, QROPS and QNUPS arrangements.
In addition, James has been actively involved with the development of the specialist pension administration software used by Trireme.


Andrea Garroni
Andrea joined the PraxisIFM Group in 2012, to assist with the establishment and development of Trireme Pension Services (Malta) Limited. He has since been responsible for overseeing Malta’s pensions operations and was appointed to the Board as Operations Director in June 2018.
Before joining the Group, Andrea spent six years working for one of Malta’s leading insurance companies and was involved in setting up their medical insurance department. During this time, Andrea obtained an advanced diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and qualified as a Chartered Insurer.
Andrea also holds an honours degree in psychology from the University of Malta.


Denis Vella
Denis joined Trireme in 2016 after 15 years of proactive support to a wide range of clients in different industries in Malta and the UK. Over these years he was involved in various assignments including accountancy, audit, taxation, pensions, research and development, and ad-hoc project work. Denis enjoys supporting clients, making sure to deliver accurate and reliable information, within specific time limits.
Denis spent his last employment working with a reputable Guernsey pension administration company where he helped develop information systems for the efficient and accurate delivery of financial information.
With Trireme, Denis is in charge of producing and filing all financial reporting, preparing and submitting regulatory, tax and other compliance returns, and managing the workflows and deliverables of the bookkeeping and accounting function. He also assists with other pension accounting and reporting duties including the design and development of the investment monitoring programme.
Denis is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Malta Institute of Accountants, and a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor in Malta.


Joseph Fenech
Joseph joined the PraxisIFM Group in January 2021 and oversees the day-to-day operations of Trireme Pension Services in Malta.
As Pension Manager he is responsible for oversight of the administration department.
Prior to this, Joseph spent 22 years working for a Maltese private insurance company and specialised in technical motor insurance products.
During this period, Joseph obtained the ACII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.


Marc Edge
Marc joined the PraxisIFM Group in January 2021 and oversees the ongoing servicing operations of Trireme Pension Services. He is also involved in establishing and maintaining relationships with adviser firms.
Prior to this, Marc spent several years working for various investment companies in the Isle of Man before embarking on 3 years’ worth of travels and finally settling in Malta. Marc then worked his way up to a Team Leader in a Maltese QROPS scheme before joining the PraxisIFM Group.
During this period, Marc obtained the CII FA1 Life Office Administration qualification as well as the London Institute of Banking & Finance Certificate in Paraplanning & Financial Administration.
